For Philips M4841A transmitters, check inside the battery compartment for a barcode. The last characters (S01, S02, or S03) indicate your specific model variant. For MX40 transmitters, check the label on the rear case for the service number. If the last 4 digits of the service number are 2491 the unit doesn’t have SpO2, if they end with 2511 its a S02 (SpO2 enabled) or S03 (SpO2 not enabled). Knowing your exact model helps us provide accurate pricing and ensures we have the right parts on hand when your device arrives.
If we determine that your telemetry transmitter cannot be repaired, there is no charge. We'll return the unit to you and can discuss replacement options from our refurbished inventory. We also buy used telemetry transmitters if you're looking to upgrade your fleet or dispose of end-of-life units.
Yes, we sell refurbished telemetry transmitters at a fraction of OEM cost. All refurbished equipment goes through the same rigorous 7-Step Critical Care Process as our repairs and ships patient-ready with our warranty. We can assist with frequency calibration as part of our repair services. However, frequency programming for your specific hospital telemetry system should be handled by your facility or the system vendor.
