How do I get an RMA number?

We do not use RMA numbers at BMES. Simply fill out the online repair form, print out a shipping label, and send it out. Once we receive your unit, you will receive an email providing you a reference number.

What is the process to receive a free estimate?

Fill out the online repair form, print off your shipping label, and send the unit in. Once we receive your repair, we will evaluate the unit and provide you a detailed estimate. Once we receive your approval, we will continue to complete the repair process. Should you decline the repair, we will simply send the unit back and no charge will be incurred.

What do your flat rate repairs cover?

Our flat rate repairs cover all functional components of the device as well as cases and plastics that are critical to the operation of the device. Your device will also be cleaned and disinfected before being shipped.

What does your warranty cover?

BMES offers an all-inclusive warranty on all billable repaired equipment as well as all reconditioned equipment that is sold. Our warranty does not cover liquid damage or physical damage.

Does BMES offer loaner equipment?

BMES is always happy to help when you cannot afford to be down. Loaners are dependent upon inventory and current business needs. Give us a call and we are happy to accommodate if possible.

How do I get a service report from a previous repair?

If you need a service report from a previously performed repair, just call 800-626-4515 or get directly in touch with your account manager. A serial or asset number is always helpful when requesting service reports or invoices.
